Next in was Helen P and Gwen M-O who each hit a cracking four along with some steady singles. Salma A and Naomi P showed some quick running between the wickets to keep the scoreboard ticking over. The final pair was Eva H and Elisabeth J-J who had a strong bowler to face. Between them the pair played intelligently, grabbing some single runs between the wickets. On the last ball in the game, CSL were slightly ahead on runs but as the ball came it edged off E J-J's bat for the WK to take a magnificent catch behind the stumps. This resulted in a wicket (-5 runs) meaning CSL finished on a score of 219, 2 runs short of Badminton’s total. It was a great game and everyone played their part.
